WorldNet (also known as World Net or Worldnet) is an Earth network system featured on Thunder Force V. It can be considered as the equivalent of the Internet, the cyberspace that connects everyone in the world via social networks, databases, e-mail services and probably file sharing.
During the events of Thunder Force V, the WorldNet was hacked by the Guardian to delete all information related to Vasteel and Vasteel Technology. A clear testimony of the Guardian's plead to destroy this technology. At the end of the game it is revealed the WorldNet suffered a break down.
