Reid A. Jupiter (ライド・Ａ・ジュピター), also known as Ryder Jupiter, is one of the protagonists from Thunder Force II.
Story[]
Reid is a native of planet Nebula. When he was a kid his parents were killed during a ORN attack, being taken under the wing of Edra N. Fern. He decided to become a fighter pilot, displaying outstanding fighting ability and earning the title of Ace. During his time on the military school he met Diana Lynn, who became his trusted partner and navigator. The two volunteered for the "Thunder Force II Strategy" operation to destroy the battle fortress Plealos and succeeded in their mission.
Reid would eventually marry with Diana and become the father of Sherry M. Jupiter.
