Orobos appears as flaming birds. They appear in a formation and mostly fly around erratically attempting to crush the player.
Trivia[]
- The Orobo are based off the Phoenix from Greek Mythology, a mythical fire bird that reborns itself from its own ashes upon death.
- It could also be based off the Phoenix, a boss from Gradius II.
- An Orobo is depicted on the cover for the game, chasing the Fire LEO-03 "Styx" across the surface of Gorgon.
